  • I facilitate Action Learning for teams and organisations - creating collaborative spaces where real challenges are solved, individuals learn to think for themselves, and collective problem-solving drives growth.

  • I run Modern Masculinity Workshops for boys aged 10–16, creating safe spaces to explore identity, emotions, and healthy relationships - building confidence, empathy, and a stronger sense of self.

  • Reverse Mentoring flips the traditional mentoring model by encouraging younger and older generations to learn from each other. This approach strengthens relationships across generations in the workplace, fosters mutual understanding, and enables teams and organisations to work more effectively together.
