Modern Masculinity Workshop

The Modern Masculinity Workshop creates a space for boys to explore what it means to be a man today - beyond the stereotypes.

This isn’t about lecturing or finger-pointing. Led by a young male coach, the workshop opens up real conversations that help boys think critically about online influence, challenge harmful narratives, and explore respectful, emotionally intelligent ways of being.

It offers an alternative to toxic role models and encourages self-awareness, healthy relationships, and inclusive masculinity - laying the foundation for confident, empathetic young men.

Typically, schools or youth organisations bring this workshop in to:

• Challenge harmful stereotypes and online role models
• Encourage healthy, respectful relations with girls and women
• Build emotional awareness and confidence in boys
• Open up honest, judgement-free conversations about masculinity

• Open discussion on what it means to be a man today
• Role model reflection and online influence
• Space for boys to reflect, ask questions, and build awareness

The session explores:

This session works because I meet boys where they’re at - not with lectures or judgement, but with real-life experience, empathy, and respect.
