Coaching for Young People

Young people are often faced with decisions or pressures that feel too big to handle alone

Making difficult life choices such as choosing subjects, deciding whether to apply to university etc, can result in overwhelm, stress and anxiety.

Speaking to someone who’s outside of school, home, and friendship circles can help young people navigate their lives more calmly and smoothly.

Coaching helps young people when they are

• Feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unsure about next steps


• Struggling with confidence, friendships or motivation


• Facing pressure around exams, decisions or future plans

Coaching 1 to 1 involves

• An initial conversation with the coachee (and/or parent)

• A recommended programme of coaching sessions (normally 3 to 5)
• Sessions either in person or online
