I’m passionate about creating spaces for honest conversation, fresh insight, and meaningful change. 

I work across generations — supporting young people at turbulent times especially when faced with difficult decisions. Equally I work with and help senior management, teams and leaders to help them better understand, engage with, and adapt to the needs of a younger workforce.
