Reverse Mentoring Workshop

Reverse Mentoring flips the traditional hierarchy - younger, often Gen Z employees, mentor senior leaders or managers, around topics that the younger generation are more attuned to, such as digital trends, cultural shifts, and inclusive leadership.

This isn’t about junior staff teaching executives how to use TikTok - it’s about building genuine two-way relationships that bridge generational divides, flatten hierarchies, and transform culture from the inside out.

This 1-to-2-hour workshop will include:

• An exploration of what Reverse Mentoring is (and isn’t)

• How it benefits individuals, teams, and the workforce culture

• Establishing ground rules for building trust and a safe space to talk

• How to best match mentors and mentees effectively

• A guided role-play to allow for a practical experience

By the end of the session, senior leaders will:

• Understand the concept and value of Reverse Mentoring

• Recognise how it could benefit their organisation

• Explore what successful implementation looks like

• Know how to take the next steps to implement a Reverse Mentoring program
